• Develop and execute brand strategies to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all franchisee-operated shops.
• Provide support and guidance to franchisees to ensure they adhere to brand standards, maintain quality, and uphold brand values.
• Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, sales, and brand loyalty for the franchisee-operated shops.
• Develop and communicate brand guidelines, including design, signage, and menu specifications, to franchisees and monitor their compliance
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to adapt brand strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and ensure the efficient and effective operation of franchisee-operated F&B shops, including aspects such as inventory management, staff training, and customer service.
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and customer experience in all franchisee-operated F&B shops.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of franchisee-operated outlets, implement strategies to enhance profitability, and evaluate the return on investment for marketing initiatives.
• Manage and respond to any brand-related issues, customer complaints, or PR crises in a way that protects and enhances the brand's reputation, both in terms of operations and brand perception.
• Provide regular reports and updates on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and franchisee compliance to senior management.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. Additional certifications or training in brand management, the F&B industry, and operations management are advantageous.
Experience
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on the F&B industry, including operations oversight.
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong knowledge of franchise operations, F&B shop management, brand marketing, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with franchisees and team members.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and operational solutions.
