RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute advanced brand strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
Lead the creation and implementation of long-term brand plans that drive brand equity and business growth.
Oversee all aspects of brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to these standards.
Design and manage integrated branding campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Collaborate with internal marketing team and external agencies to produce high-impact brand content.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer research to inform branding decisions.
Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Develop metrics and KPIs to track brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reports to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and recommendations based on analytical findings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners.
Act as the primary brand ambassador, representing the brand at industry events and conferences
Stay abreast of the latest trends in branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
Innovate and implement new branding techniques and strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Take Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in branding or brand management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing high-impact brand strategies.
Exceptional understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
Superior communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
High creativity with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in branding tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, brand management platforms).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic and innovative mindset
