We are looking for an experienced BRAND MANAGER to work closely with our Marketing/Dental Promotion team. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance the brand. Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and develop targeted consumers insights.
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Coach the team and get the best from everyone
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify.
Opportunities and key issues
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions while anticipating bottlenecks
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Skills 1. A passion and experience working with Dental products. 2. A drive for results and exert leaderships skills. 3. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix. 4. Highly creative with ability to think out of the box 5. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate to drive sales. 6. Have the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate to colleagues and subordinates 7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 8. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills 9. Excellent command of the English/ Arabic languages 10. Scientific background with an MBA degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
