- Develop a comprehensive calendar of brand activations and sponsorships that drive brand engagement and awareness.
- Support the organization of internal events such as staff training, team-building activities, and company-wide celebrations.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure brand standards are upheld at every stage and location.
- Sponsorship planning and execution to maximize brand visibility
- Activations with regional and local partners to strengthen community ties
- Integration of social media and PR efforts to amplify event impact
- Organize customer and prospect events to build brand loyalty
- Conduct regular evaluations and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.Cross-team collaboration
- Work closely with senior marketing managers to plan and execute product launches, ensuring each event meets brand standards and enhances the customer experience.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences across all facilities by collaborating with the customer experience team.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events align with brand standards and strategic goals.Projects management
- Assist in the development of brand experience budgets by providing insights into historical spending and anticipated costs.
- Oversee the execution of all projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure technical feasibility and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Uphold strict adherence to company procurement policies and procedures in all financial transactions.REQUIREMENTSRequired Skills to be successful:
- Events management or Automotive experience
- Minimum of 6 years\' experience in brand experience management
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experienceAbout the Team:You will be reporting to GM - MarketingWhat equips you for the role:
- Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 6-8 years of experience in organizing brand events either on the agency or client side.Job-Specific Competencies:
- Proven experience in organizing both large and small-scale events, including product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a strong track record of timely deliverables.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, ranging from senior managers to frontline associates.
