Position: Brand Executive Experience: Min. 1-3 years Key Responsibilities:Marketing / Content Calendar Management:
Implementing the annual brand marketing plan, within agreed time scale and budgets by independently managing the activities as per brand calendar
Plan and maintain an editorial monthly calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms
Content Creation and Curation:
Generate high-quality content for various marketing channels including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Drive creative excellence for all marketing content pegs (product shoot / videos, new range launch, in-store / social media communication etc.)
Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messaging
Social Media Management:
Create content & implement, manage campaigns across leading social media platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube to the right target audience
Create and send Mailchimp / Mailerlite and Whats App campaigns to customer database & new prospects
Assist the Marketing manager in implementing the media plan across global regions, along with ensuring cost and exposure alignment
Competition Benchmarking:
Monthly competitive review on industry peers for best practices
Website & Marketplaces
Manage & refresh the content periodically for brand website to drive high user engagement
Constantly upgrading website content for SEO optimization and enhanced SERP rankings
Managing blogs as per content calendar on monthly basis
Managing brand stores and product listing pages on Amazon, Noon etc.
Retail
Ensure rollout of marketing campaigns & collaterals at the store
Arranging and coordinating for all the artworks for branding updates in-store
Co-ordinate with distributors & partners for marketing collaterals / campaigns
Reporting
Weekly reporting on campaign performance, web analysis and key points
Organize and report LPO and marketing budget
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
Manage and oversee the agency deliverables, KPIs and ensure they are fully briefed on campaigns
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Work closely with designers and developers to create multimedia content and enhance user experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in marketing, business, digital
Passionate about digital and marketing
Proficiency in social media management tools
Digital retouching and image editing a plus
Exposure to email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Mailerlite a plus
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles. Know-how of SEO techniques, and digital analytics tools will be an added advantage
