The Role
Position Title: Brand & E-Commerce Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fast-growing e-commerce/online retail platform selling top-quality maternal and baby products. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the product release, daily maintenance, update, page upgrade and other operation management of various e-commerce platforms in the Middle East. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and manage the member marketing system of the platform, as well as formulating periodic member marketing strategies according to the company\'s strategy to increase activity and stickiness; \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate and adjust sales strategies based on store data (keywords, traffic, etc.) and market price trends, implement effective promotion, optimize rankings, and increase sales; \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor store data, analyze, and optimize traffic data, and increase page views/click rate/conversion rate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement & track the promotion effect; in-depth digging into the delivery strategy of competing products; real-time monitoring of advertising data

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 25 to 35 years old \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, major in marketing is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of comprehensive work experience in brand planning and E-commerce operations, considering both the Brand department and the E-commerce department \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have experience working with competing companies such as Pampers, Huggies, Babyjoy or other diaper brands
