• Closely work with the Country Head of Marketing to implement the brand's strategy across channels and communications to achieve business objectives and enhance brand equity.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trade marketing, business technology, operations, quality and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Manage and execute brand marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build calendars and execute on strategy for digital retail channels like food aggregators, website, app and SOK systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, aggregators, influencers, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute brand activation events and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Build customer journey maps and retention loops to build engagement and grow repeats.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the brand at events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
Skills Required:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand and digital marketing management within the UAE. F&B experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated brand marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and engagement across different channels.
• Deep understanding of the QSR industry and the food delivery space in UAE.
• Strong understanding of the youth culture and consumer behavior in F&B in UAE.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Arabic speaking required.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
