This includes organising the reporting process, leading a team, and presenting the strategies and results of all content.We are seeking a highly experienced Branding Creative Director to lead and oversee our content marketing initiatives. This is a standalone role within Marisa Peer, working collaboratively with both internal creative teams and external marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will love designing thought leader and brand based strategic organic content across Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and TikTok for the Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy brands.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop monthly and quarterly strategies to grow the revenue and reach of Marisa Peer and the RTT brands across all platforms utilising a small team of talented editors and collaborating with the wider 100+ person companyCollaboration with External Teams: Coordinate and work closely with internal and external marketing agencies to execute campaigns, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.Audience Targeting: Identify and target key demographics within the self-help, personal development sectors, and prospective students for our certifications.Campaign Oversight: Oversee all organic marketing efforts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and optimal performance.Creative Direction: Collaborate with the internal creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.Performance and Reporting: Lead, improve, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and communicating insights with our paid marketing teams.Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enhance the Marisa Peer brand image across all marketing channels.Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role. Proven experience working with external marketing teams and agencies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of both paid and organic marketing strategies. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
