The Role

Position Title: Brand and Digital Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An international fast food chain brand : o Closely work with the Country Head of Marketing to implement the brand's strategy across channels and communications to achieve business objectives and enhance brand equity. o Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trade marketing, business technology, operations, quality, and product development to ensure brand consistency and alignment. o Manage and execute brand marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, traditional media and maintain strong relationships with external partners, aggregators, influencers, agencies, and stakeholders o Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.



Requirements

Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. o Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand and digital marketing management within the UAE. F&B experience is a must. QSR / Fast food chain is highly preferred. o Strong understanding of the F&B market and consumer behavior in UAE. o Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated brand marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness and engagement across different channels. o Deep understanding of the QSR industry and the food delivery space in UAE. o Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools. o Arabic speaker is required.
