As we expand our operations to Dubai, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Recruiter and Trainer.

As a Real Estate Recruiter and Trainer at Aston Gate Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent within the real estate industry in Dubai. This role combines recruitment expertise with training and development responsibilities, supporting our team's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the team leader to understand staffing requirements and address agent quotas and needs.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and gathering feedback.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates and oversee the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at various events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and local businesses to generate leads and referrals.
• Educate and inform individuals about the benefits of working with our brokerage as a real estate agent.
• Actively recruit and onboard new agents by presenting our company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional strategies.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new agents during the onboarding process to ensure their success and integration into the team.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of real estate professionals, covering sales techniques, customer service, and airline industry experience.
• Deliver training through workshops, webinars, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, airline, or customer service roles.
• Understanding of the UAE job market, particularly in real estate.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within established timelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
