Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Brand Promoter to join our marketing team at Sobha Realty.

As a Brand Promoter, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating and maintaining a strong presence in the market through strategic promotion, relationship building, and community engagement. You will play a key role in generating awareness about Sobha Realty's properties and helping drive sales by building brand credibility and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion:

Act as an ambassador for Sobha Realty, promoting the brand through various channels, including events, social media, exhibitions, and direct interactions with potential clients and stakeholders.

• Client Engagement:

Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and other key stakeholders. Provide them with detailed information about Sobha properties and the unique value proposition Sobha Realty offers.

• Event Management:

Organize and participate in events such as property launches, exhibitions, and real estate conferences. Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities.

• Sales Support:

Work alongside the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Provide product knowledge and assist in converting leads into actual sales.

• Reporting and Feedback:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand promotion activities, providing feedback and recommendations to improve promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, additional languages is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a passion for real estate

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
