Brand Administrator (R&D)

We are looking for Brand Administrator (R&D) who can join us immediately with experience with Building Material Supply (Sanitary Ware and Tiles)

Supplier Management & Communication:

Request Quotations: Prepare and issue professional emails to suppliers requesting quotations for products, including clear specifications and pricing details.

Supplier Comparison: Conduct thorough research and evaluate multiple suppliers for specific products to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date supplier database.

Product Specifications: Liaise with suppliers to obtain detailed product specifications, and communicate any technical or development requirements to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Supplier Review Presentations: Compile data and prepare presentations for internal teams to assess supplier performance, pricing structures, and product offerings.

Client Relations & Complaint Management:

Client Complaints Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints promptly by investigating issues, coordinating with relevant departments, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Follow-Up and Documentation: Maintain a record of client complaints and actions taken to resolve them, ensuring that preventative measures are put in place for future improvement.

Procurement & Order Management:

Purchase Order Creation: Generate accurate purchase orders based on approved supplier quotations and product specifications, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Order Processing: Send purchase orders to suppliers, track their confirmation, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Follow-Up on Orders & Quotations: Send timely follow-up emails to suppliers regarding pending orders or quotations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery schedules.

Administrative & Data Management:

Supplier Database Maintenance: Organize and categorize a comprehensive supplier list, ensuring contact details, product offerings, and performance metrics are updated regularly.

Client and Supplier Data Organization: Maintain an efficient system for organizing and categorizing client and supplier data, ensuring easy access and accuracy.

Task Prioritization: Effectively manage competing administrative tasks by prioritizing urgent requests and deadlines.

Incoming Requests Management: Oversee and address multiple incoming requests related to procurement, product details, or supplier inquiries in a timely manner.

Presentation & Reporting Support:

Supplier Review Presentations: Create detailed presentations for supplier review meetings, focusing on product specifications, pricing, and overall performance.

Sales Team Support: Prepare presentations to support the sales team for new product launches, highlighting key features, product specifications, and brand messaging.

Additional Responsibilities:

Conduct research on new suppliers and potential product offerings in line with ongoing R&D and market needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide general administrative support to R&D and product development teams to ensure smooth operations.
