Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the overall condition of each showroom and communicate showroom requirements to the management. Supervise, motivate, train each showroom staff and conduct performance evaluation, and monitor employee productivity. Make observations, identify findings, development needs and propose solutions and recommendations for management approval. Manage the inventory by completely checking with each assigned staff what are the missing products and fast-moving/slow-moving products. Perform selling and marketing techniques and do market and competitor analysis around the area. Solve customer issues and complains and train the staff how to handle complains and improve their customer service skills. Set goals/targets for each showroom's performance. Weekly reporting/ meeting with the management about plans, changes, inventory control, areas of improvement, solutions, etc. Completing other tasks assigned by the management. Please send your CV
