Job Role: Operations Manager (Freight Forwarding)

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations while driving business growth through effective sales and client management. This role ensures seamless coordination between operational activities and sales initiatives to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer Service, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure efficient workflows.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global agents and partners for business expansion.
• Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, and agents to secure competitive pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service improvements to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and present proposals for specialized cargo, exhibitions, and project handling.
• Monitor operations and documentation to ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Collaborate with finance for debt collection and review of financial statements.
• Lead weekly meetings to align team efforts and track progress on operational and sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
