We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in managing branch operations, preferably within the automotive industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
• Manage and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in branch management, with a preference for candidates with automotive industry experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets.
