We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our operations in Jeddah, driving business growth and managing a dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: Branch Setup: Choose and establish the branch location based on company needs. Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a large team, including branch supervisors and road support assistants (RSAs). Inventory & Fleet Management: Keep track of branch inventory, manage fleet operations, and ensure vehicles are well-maintained. Government Relations: Handle all governmental issues, including licenses and relationships with traffic authorities and the Ministry of Labor. Reporting: Provide daily progress reports to senior management and suggest improvements to enhance branch performance. Qualifications: Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing a branch, preferably in logistics, construction, or a related industry. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in setting up branches with at least 25 team members, strong leadership, and team management abilities. Local Expertise: From Jeddah or with experience in the Jeddah and Makkah regions, including dealing with local government agencies. Language Skills: Arabic fluency with good English communication skills. Preferred: Arabic nationality with strong connections in the local government and community. Please send your CV
