We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our flower shops. Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role . The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a proven track record in managing retail stores.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of multiple flower shop branches

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Supervise and support shop staff

- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

- Maintain shop appearance and product presentation

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in flower shops or a related field

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple branches effectively

- Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
