Operations
• Ultimately responsible for the staffing and day-to-day running of the Centre to ensure seamless functioning
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and responding to any customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Responsible for maintaining the Centre operations manuals or similar documentation; ensuring all standards and procedures are up to date.
• Ensure all staff members possess knowledge of, understand and adhere to basic safety measures and centre operational policies and procedures
• Review & update operational SOP's & Centre operational manuals
• Responsible for identifying any maintenance and repair issues that will affect operations andreducing risk at the Centre.
• Carry out regular health & safety checks & risk assessment
• Ensuring the safeguarding code of conduct is adhered and implemented as the lead safeguarding officer.
• Responsible for any and all ad-hoc Centre projects as discussed and agreed upon with Senior Management
• Responsible for asset management and asset registers pertaining to revenue - generating equipment, operational equipment, furniture, fittings as well as other asset related to and specifically fitted the operation.
• Plan and organize key/promotional events in a timely and systematic way, to ensure on-time delivery
• Develop In-house kids' programs and kids' activities (camps, weekly event, classes)
• Host weekly department meetings
• Talent Management:
• Direct and motivate staff within the Centre and create good team spirit
• Host regular staff meetings and ensure all internal communications are regular
• Oversee staff inductions, training and CPD
• Manage team through performance appraisals
• Oversee Centre scheduling, processing payroll through the monthly attendance report, managing sick leave, holiday arrangements, and ensuring adequate business cover is maintained throughout
• Support HR Department in sourcing and recruiting the right talent needed to maintain an excellent operational standard in terms of customer service and general operations
• Sales/Marketing
• Understand and deliver annual Centre sales goals and KPIs
• Work with the marketing team to ensure Centre marketing campaigns are planned andactioned accordingly to deliver targeted results
• Participate in drafting new ideas to improve sales figures
• Responsible for the promotion and maintenance of the Centre's positive public image
• Support/assist the effective launch and delivery of seasonal changes and promotion activity
• Responding to customer comments/messages on our active Social Media platforms
• Finance
• Responsible for the daily accounting of Centre sales
• Guarantee accurate balancing of accounts and report figures to the finance team
• See that daily and weekly financial procedures are correctly completed
• Ensure booking and POS systems are utilised accurately to confirm daily accounting
• Confirm appropriate stock control measures are in place to maximise profit, minimisewastage and control costs
• Review and develop Centre revenue streams to maintain margins, profitability and staffresources
• Accountable for the P&L related to operational
• Strategy
• Work in synergy with Senior Management to optimize operations by developing efficient systems, team structure and processes.
• Responsible for implementing Incentive scheme in the Centre
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
