Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency: Oversee studio operations, maintain high standards for cleanliness and supply availability, and ensure smooth workflows.
• Client Satisfaction: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service, especially in a family and child-centered environment.
• Sales & KPIs: Drive team performance to meet sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and support staff for growth and excellence.
• Reporting & Strategy: Analyze operational data and assist in strategic planning for business improvements.
