Branch Manager
Job Description
A Beauty Salon Branch Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of salon operations, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a background in beauty services or hospitality management, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and a welcoming environment for clients.
• Manage and motivate staff, including stylists, aestheticians, and front desk personnel, to maintain high-quality services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving complaints, and implementing client feedback.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and increase customer retention.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and organization.
• Oversee financial operations, including daily cash management, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Conduct staff training sessions to uphold service standards and improve team performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
