Job Description

:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the facility, the delegation of duties and the establishment of formal means of accountability.
  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to ensure there is adequate space and facilities for patient care and coordination of facilities.
  • Provide support to the clinical, operational and facility services throughout the facility.
  • Liaises with clinical professional staff in order to provide seamless patient care in all aspects of the journey through the facility.
  • Manages and oversees that all documentation is correctly presented prior to patient\'s files being used and returned thereafter to medical records.
  • Investigate patient/visitor concerns and implements appropriate courses of action.
  • Provides oversight on the process of ensuring that appropriate providers are available to deliver medical information upon request of patients.
  • Ensures that all financial transactions are conducted in accordance with pertinent standards and legal requirements.
  • Ensures the effective operation of a quality improvement process for the facility, including the periodic assessment of patient satisfaction.
  • Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention including interpretation and administration of company policy and work rules.
  • Accountable for the provision of high-quality patient care, based on a competent understanding of patient / staff / medical / customer needs within established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Ensures the timely update of policies and operational procedures manuals in accord with UAE laws
  • Document pertinent information, actions, and decisions; and communicate to the appropriate leadership.
  • Ensures that an annual audit is conducted, and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the findings.
  • Participate in Quality and Accreditation activities such as DHA, JCIA, OSHAD, FANR, etc.
  • Ensure that quality of services is provided as per standards of applicable health authority.
  • Ensures that safety of all employees, patients, physicians, guests, visitors, and others is adequately addressed and protected.
  • Monitor emergency action procedures and coordinate activities related to patient/staff evacuation as needed.
  • Function as on-site coordinator for internal/external disaster or other major events
  • Responsible for the effective representation of the facility at appropriate public, civic and other organizational activities, and meetings.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of his/her job

Qualifications:
  • Suitable Graduation Degree
  • Master degree in Hospital Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic/set-up with at least 2 years in a similar role
