With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to uphold our standards of excellence and elevate the Shatha Beauty Centre brand. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize productivity and performance.
2. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals, ensuring alignment with company values and standards.
Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members\' skills and performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
3. Customer Experience:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
