Position: Branch Manager
Experience: 2-5years in Retail (Amusement Industry preferred)
Job duties:
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to policies and a positive work environment.
Prepare and manage budgets, schedule expenditures, and oversee cash handling and develop sales generation plans to boost revenue.
Ensure the safe operation of rides, facilities, and events, while conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
Implement strategies to enhance cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction, coordinating events and promotions.
Oversee maintenance, deep cleaning, and facility inspections, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
