As the Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind our culinary offerings, leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional Italian food delights. From crafting traditional favourites to introducing innovative dishes, your expertise and passion will shape the culinary experience for our guests.Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high standards of culinary excellence, consistency, and efficiency.
Execute creative menus that showcase the authentic flavours of Italian cuisine while catering to diverse palates.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing ingredients.
Implement and enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Collaborate closely with restaurant management to manage inventory, control costs, and optimize kitchen operations.
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
Italian citizenship or EU nationality preferred.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable Italian restaurant or similar culinary establishment.
Deep understanding of Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
