1. BPO Team Leaders
Languages Required: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of telecalling agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and enhance team performance through coaching and training.
• Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
• Analyze performance data and report to senior management.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a BPO leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in call center software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

2. Tele Sales Representatives
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Identify and understand customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Qualifications:
• Experience in tele sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
