The Role:

We are on the lookout for a Bookkeeper who is not just adept at numbers but understands the intricacies of billing processes inside out. This role is more than maintaining financial records; it's about ensuring our billing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with unparalleled accuracy.

What You'll Do:

• Spearhead the maintenance, reconciliation, and oversight of comprehensive financial records, ensuring compliance and precision.
• Innovate and implement robust billing processes, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of invoices - from creation to payment processing, leveraging your expertise to optimize our billing system.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and forecast future billing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations, integrating billing with broader business processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements to our financial systems.

• Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with certifications in bookkeeping/accounting software considered a plus.
