• Record, classify, and report financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure account accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).
• Analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process invoices, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain financial files, documents, and records.
• Collaborate with auditors and management for financial reviews.
Job Requirements:
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Certifications Preferred:
• Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
• QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU)
• Xero Certified Advisor
