Job Description

Looking for a BOH staff for a well leading salon in Dubai with beauty industry background experience of minimum 3 years.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the artists in ensuring that treatments are given to the best standards possible.

2. Preparing each treatment bay and room before each appointment.

3. Ensure all treatment equipment is always sanitized and constantly replenish all treatment material.

4. Daily cleaning of the salon and always ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.

5. Regularly check inventory levels and make orders from suppliers.

6. Constantly take ownership of ways to daily surprise & delight customers.

7. Offer guests welcome drinks and other amenities.

8. Provide & assist guests to fully complete Consultation forms.

9. Escort guests to their rooms and introduce their Artists.

10. Support at the reception desk as and when required.

11. To complete opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.

12. Provide a personalized service to all the guests as per our standard operating procedures.

13. To ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance throughout our facility ensuring to report any issues while taking responsibility for ensuring they are rectified accordingly.

14. To be fully aware of and to where possible act or expedite all guest comments or concerns.

15. Describe & give information relating to our services & products using the correct verbiage as per Brau. standards.

16. Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

17. Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention.

18. Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.

19. Attend events or meetings.

20. Coordinate with the supplier for maintenance or any project assigned to you.

21. Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at the assigned post for extended periods.

22. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
