Job Description

HJ Real Estate is seeking experienced and professional Bodyguards/Executive Protection Officers to provide security services for our senior management team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in personal protection, excellent judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-profile corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide close personal protection to senior executives in various environments including office premises, during travel, and at public events Conduct advance security assessments of locations and travel routes Implement and maintain comprehensive security protocols Coordinate with drivers and other security personnel to ensure seamless protection Identify and mitigate potential security threats or risks Maintain a high level of situational awareness at all times Handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism Prepare detailed security reports as required Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements and company information

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in executive protection or similar security roles Valid UAE security professional license/certification Previous military, police, or specialized security force experience strongly preferred Excellent physical fitness and endurance Strong knowledge of UAE security protocols and regulations Proficient in defensive tactics and emergency response procedures Clean criminal record (police clearance certificate required) Valid UAE driving license First aid/CPR certification Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills highly desirable) Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for corporate environments

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and be alert for extended periods Physical capability to respond to threatening situations Fitness level that allows for quick mobility and response
