Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with experience in operating a variety of machinery, including but not limited to Bobcats and Boom Loaders , within the UAE construction industry. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, loading, lifting, and transporting materials across construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of local safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of heavy equipment, including Bobcats, Boom Loaders, and potentially others as required.
• Perform tasks such as excavation, digging trenches, loading materials, and lifting heavy objects using the appropriate equipment.
• Safely maneuver and operate equipment in tight spaces and varied terrain conditions.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements and assist in various tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and materials handled.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the UAE construction industry.
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driver's License and relevant equipment operation certifications.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, including safety protocols and maintenance practices.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications to execute tasks efficiently.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform lifting and manual tasks as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a variety of heavy equipment beyond Bobcats and Boom Loaders.
• Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
