Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Boba & Juice Maker

to manage the preparation and sale of bubble tea, fresh juices, and smoothies at our supermarket counter. The ideal candidate should ensure high-quality beverages, maintain an attractive display, train subordinates, and work towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve boba tea, fresh juices, and smoothies according to standardized recipes. Brew tea, cook tapioca pearls, and prepare toppings while ensuring freshness and consistency. Maintain an eye-catching, well-stocked, and clean display to attract customers. Engage with customers, promote products, and upsell to maximize sales. Monitor and achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by management. Train and supervise subordinates, ensuring they follow recipes, hygiene standards, and proper service etiquette. Ensure all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked and report shortages. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe, juice bar, or bubble tea shop is preferred. Ability to lead and train a small team. Strong sales and customer service skills to drive revenue.
