The Boat Fleet Coordinator oversees the coordination for the servicing and maintenance of a fleet of boats. This role requires exceptional organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service & Maintenance Coordination: Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of boats, and coordinate with the service team to schedule servicing.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records of maintenance and repairs and financials related to the fleet, prepare customer service reports
• Customer & Internal Communication: Serve as the customer's primary point of contact related to his assigned boat fleet and collaborate with other departments.
• Budget Management: Monitor all expensesrelated to the maintenance and repairs of the fleet and manage the allocated budget
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years UAE work experience in preferably in marine or related- automotive, or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge about boats and technical aspects, a plus
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and other presentation applications like Canva
• Ability to work under pressure with less supervision
• Able to join immediately without any notice period

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
