Looking for a Board Secretary to join an Islamic Finance entity in Dubai
- Will be responsible in providing executive administrative support /coordinate with Board of Directors and Board Committees
- Will need to manage the schedule and annual General meetings (AGM)
- Prepare and distribute timely all relevant paperwork for each meeting
- Create and maintain an up to date board planning calendar
- Hold all confidential correspondence
- Coordinate to the finance department regarding any remuneration to the Board Directors
- Must have a bachelor degree in Administration / Accounting / Finance ( Master's degree will be a plus)
- Must have minimum 7 years of experience in a governance role as a company secretary , board advisor
- Must communicate fluently in Arabic and English
Salary AED 15,000 - AED 20,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Board Secretary: 7 years (Preferred)
• managing Annual General Meetings: 7 years (Preferred)
• prepare reports: 7 years (Preferred)
• calendar management for board Directors / members: 7 years (Preferred)
• prepare minutes of meetings: 7 years (Preferred)
• manage all documents related to board members / meetings: 6 years (Preferred)
• coordinate with finance if necessary: 7 years (Preferred)
