**Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)** **Job Overview:** As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will play a key role in assessing, designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, or other special needs. Your primary objective will be to improve individuals\' social, communication, and adaptive skills while reducing challenging behaviors through the application of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Assessment:** Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals\' strengths, deficits, preferences, and environmental factors influencing behavior. Utilize standardized assessment tools, direct observations, interviews, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to gather relevant data. 2. **Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) Development:** Design individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Identify target behaviors, define measurable goals, select appropriate interventions, and establish data collection procedures to monitor progress. 3. **Behavior Intervention Implementation:** Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other team members involved in implementing behavior intervention plans. Ensure fidelity to intervention protocols and make necessary adjustments based on ongoing data analysis. 4. **Data Collection and Analysis:** Collect, graph, and analyze data on target behaviors and intervention outcomes using objective measurement tools and behavior tracking software. Use data analysis to make informed decisions about intervention effectiveness and modification strategies. 5. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including parents, teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to coordinate care and integrate behavior intervention goals with other treatment plans. Attend team meetings, case conferences, and progress reviews to share insights and recommendations. 6. **Training and Education:** Provide training workshops, seminars, and ongoing education sessions to parents, caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders on behavior management techniques, reinforcement strategies, and behavior analysis principles. Promote understanding and implementation of evidence-based practices in diverse settings. 7. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessment results, behavior intervention plans, progress notes, and treatment reports in compliance with regulatory standards and professional ethics. Prepare written reports and summaries for funding agencies, insurance companies, and other stakeholders as needed. 8. **Professional Development:** Stay abreast of current research findings, best practices, and advancements in the field of behavior analysis. Pursue continuing education opportunities, attend conferences, and participate in professional organizations to enhance clinical skills and maintain certification requirements. **Qualifications:** For BCBA: - Master\'s or doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). - Clinical experience in behavior analysis, preferably in a clinical, educational, or developmental setting. - Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, behavior assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. For BCaBA: - Bachelor\'s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. - Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). - Relevant coursework or experience in behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis principles. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing. - Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month License/Certification:
