As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the overall performance of your team within the Payout and Underwriting Administration function. You need to schedule their shifts, manage holidays and other absence, provide quality assurance feedback and conduct regular 1:1s with each team member. You will also work closely with senior coordinators to generate reports for Konecta and BMW stakeholders, which you will then need to discuss as part of regular meetings and reviews.
The role requires you to be confident, approachable and enthusiastic as you will need to inspire your team to success and help them overcome any issues they face. You will, along with the other Team Leaders, act as the main day-to-day contact for BMW and dealer stakeholders, ensuring smooth flow of information such as process or system changes, and responding to questions or requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualification: Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Required Experience: Proven 6-8 years experience in automotive engineering with a focus on BMW vehicles in the same position at any automotive agency/dealer.
