We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and upgrading Building Management Systems to ensure optimal operation and system efficiency. This role involves integrating components such as EC fans, 0-10V thermostats, and various sensors into existing systems, requiring a high level of precision, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service quality. We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and upgrading Building Management Systems to ensure optimal operation and system efficiency. This role involves integrating components such as EC fans, 0-10V thermostats, and various sensors into existing systems, requiring a high level of precision, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the company\'s reputation for high-quality BMS services.
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on BMS hardware and software, including the integration of EC fans, and sensors.
- Manage and optimize building controls and automation systems for enhanced energy efficiency and performance.
- Utilize our field service application to accurately track work progress and generate detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for both yourself and colleagues.
- Install, test, commission, troubleshoot, and retrofit BMS systems to meet the latest technological standards.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in adopting new technologies and skills relevant to BMS and advanced system components.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Completion of the verbal communication assessment on Indeed is required.
- Proven experience with BMS maintenance, installation, repair, and upgrading.
- Technical proficiency in modern BMS and control systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
