Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Operator with a strong background in managing building systems for malls or commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE-based experience and a deep understanding of building automation, HVAC systems, lighting control, and energy management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all systems are functioning effectively.
• Oversee and control building services including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments of BMS parameters to ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions and report to maintenance teams for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Generate and analyze BMS reports to monitor energy usage and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
• Maintain records of BMS operation, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to building management systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BMS Operator in malls, commercial buildings, or similar facilities within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of BMS software and control systems, as well as HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with energy management practices and building efficiency standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in BMS or building operations are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
