Job Description

As a BMS MEP Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) within MEP systems. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal functionality, efficiency, and performance of various MEP systems integrated with BMS, contributing to the overall functionality and sustainability of the facilities.

• Proven experience as a BMS Technician or MEP Technician, with specific expertise in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with BMS software, controllers, sensors, and related equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
