Job Description
Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operator
Education : 12th pass / ITI preferred
Experience : Minimum 5 years
Job Requirement :
Independently operating and job setting of Multilayer Blown Film Extrusion machine
Experience of both IBC & OBC film extrusion
Experience of Shrink & Lamination film making
Material Processing knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, Slip, Non slip, RP & Filler
Understanding of the job order, planning and report making with all details
Production with minimum wastage and break down
Continue quality checking and assure for production as per customer requirements
Die, Screw cleaning & general maintenance of the machine
Arrangement of all inputs / raw material on time and assure for constant availability
Cleaning of machine and its surrounding area
Training to other persons and ready to work on other area, if required
Good behavior and discipline in the plant
Follow guidelines from supervisor, company rules and policies
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
