Blood Collection Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a certified Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong phlebotomy background and the necessary UAE qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood samples.
• Accurately label and process samples.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide exceptional care.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of phlebotomy equipment.
• Follow safety protocols for a safe environment.
• Collaborate with medical and lab staff for timely results.
• Keep detailed records of specimens and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
• Certification as a Phlebotomist from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA license to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and other techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
