Job Title: Biomedical Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biomedical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare facilities, with a strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment. The candidate should be familiar with DHA, MOH, and JCI regulations and capable of handling troubleshooting and emergency calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM) on medical equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation of PPM schedules, service reports, and equipment maintenance history.

Troubleshoot and repair faulty medical devices in a timely manner.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls from medical staff.

Ensure compliance with DHA, MOH, and JCI standards in all biomedical activities.

Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, spare parts, and calibration.

Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new medical equipment.

Train hospital staff on the proper use and care of biomedical equipment.

Maintain an updated inventory of biomedical assets and spare parts.

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed in equipment handling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be ready to join immediately.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility.

Strong knowledge of DHA, MOH, and JCI regulations.

Experience in PPM documentation, troubleshooting, and emergency response.

Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Good communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
