Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales and service engineers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for overseeing the team's activities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that technical solutions align with customer needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technical sales engineers, including recruiting, training, and performance management.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within the assigned territory or market segment.

Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define sales goals, objectives, and action plans, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the sales team, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution designs.

Work closely with key clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.

Coordinate with internal departments such as product development, engineering, and support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at events.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineer.

Proven experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role, with at least 8 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.

Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies, such as software applications, hardware systems, or industrial equipment.
