The main Responsibilities of the job:

1. Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective

2. Working closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project information models

3. Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project

4. Assists in the development of producing, editing and coordinating 3D models

5. Strategizes with Line Manager on project-related modeling / BIM requirements with the project team at project kickoff

6. Assists in the development of the company\'s BIM related goals, initiatives, and standards in collaboration with project teams

7. Oversee all BIM projects, technology specialists working on the projects specific to the BIM division. Review, mark up, and redline project drawings for Technology Specialists

8. Create, Assign and Monitor all BIM project tasks to make sure they are on target to meet the allocated scope of work and deadline

9. Ensure quality control across all BIM projects

10. Confer with the Line Manager to disseminate pertinent project updates, team responsibilities, and budgets for weekly meetings

11. Responsible for setting up projects, coordinating staff and allocating hours for the BIM division in coordination with the Line Manager.

12. Participates in Virtual Construction, Clash Detection and Coordination meetings

13. Assist in performing reviews or corrective actions for the BIM Technology Specialists.
