The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D models, ensuring accuracy and coordination of structural elements in various projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for RCC and Steel structural components. - Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and civil design teams to ensure accurate and integrated project models. - Review and validate models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications. - Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modeling progress. - Assist in the preparation of construction documents and coordination drawings. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software, tools, and best practices. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 8+ years of experience in BIM modeling for RCC and Steel structures. - Proven experience in an engineering consultancy environment. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction processes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
