Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into BIM deliverables. Create and manage BIM content, templates, and libraries to support project needs. Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models. Generate construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models. Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within BIM models. Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to incorporate their models and data into project BIM models. Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows. Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies, tools, and trends to enhance project efficiency and quality. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Must have 8+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows. Experience in creating and managing BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with clash detection and coordination software is preferred. Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
