Key Responsibilities: * Develop detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into BIM deliverables.
• Create and manage BIM content, templates, and libraries to support project needs.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models.
• Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to incorporate their models and data into project BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies, tools, and trends to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Must have 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.
• Experience in creating and managing BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination software is preferred.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
