Position Title: BIM OperatorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: Up to 12 K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE. :\xef\x82\xa7 Understanding BIM/CADD processes and workflows throughout the architectural design phases and extract relevant information for procurement purposes (civil & MEP trade of works)\xef\x82\xa7 Managing architectural projects with a focus on BIM coordination, ensuring collaboration of disciplines such as MEP, ID packages, amenities and for lifestyle areas.\xef\x82\xa7 Utilizing BIM software (e.g., Revit) to manage building models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.\xef\x82\xa7 Integrating BIM data for analysis, visualization, and project coordination purposes.\xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans and project BIM requirements set by clients and stakeholders.
