Job Description

As a BIM Modeller / Sustainability Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and managing both BIM data (such as measurements and dimensions) and manually completed assessment forms to generate energy label calculations. You will work closely with our team of EP-advisors in the Netherlands and play a critical role in processing data from both handwritten forms and BIM models. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sustainability recommendations based on building energy data and create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans and reports .

You will be the first employee in our Dubai office and will have a significant role in the company's development and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and extract measurements and dimensions from BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD) for use in energy labeling software such as Uniec3 or VABI .
• Process data in energy labeling software to generate energy label calculations.
• Process handwritten building assessment forms and accurately input this data into the energy labeling software.
• Prepare sustainability recommendations based on energy label results for review by EP-advisors.
• Collaborate closely with our team in the Netherlands to ensure accurate and timely processing of data.
• Document and report measurement data and energy label results, including generating 2D/3D drawings and measurement reports from the BIM model.

Requirements :

• At least 1 year of experience with BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD .
• Ability to extract and process measurements and building data from BIM models.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing both digital and handwritten data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus, but training for specific energy labeling software will be provided.
• Education Level : A Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline is strongly recommended.
• Currently residing in Dubai .
