Bim Modeler/bim Design Engineer For Elv Systems
Job Description
Create and develop 3D models for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address Systems, Data Networks,AV System, BGM System and other low-voltage systems.
Develop detailed design drawings and schematics for ELV systems using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
Maintain a library of standard components and equipment for ELV systems to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
Stay updated on the latest developments in BIM technology and ELV systems to enhance the design and modeling process
Integrate ELV system designs with other building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in the BIM environment.
Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems into the overall building design.
Perform regular clash detection and resolve any conflicts between ELV systems and other building services or structural elements using BIM tools.
Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical insights regarding ELV systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
* BIM Design: 2 years (Preferred)
