The Role

Our Tier 1 Civil Contracting client has a new requirement for a number of experienced BIM Modelers to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah at prestigious new project in the Emirate. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a BIM Modeler on major 5• Hospitality and High Rise projects in the UAE and have worked in the capacity of BIM Modeler for a Main Contracting company working on a major 5• high rise hotel. This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client. Key Responsibilities: o Review Tender & IFC information model issued by consultants (2D drawings, BIM models & asset data) as per ISO19650 o BIM modeling of design documents and details. o Prepare BIM models & extract/ generate general arrangement plans, diagrams, sections, elevations, and schedule from Revit based on Tender / Contract drawings issued. o Modify, maintain, and manages healthy models, following the best industry practices. o Coordinate and assist BIM team in modeling of projects based off existing 2D CAD plans or construction documents. o Ensure BIM QA/QC & maintain healthy models. o Ability to perform clash detection and clash avoidance tasks. o Assist both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation o Maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates, and content. o Update the documents based on RFI responses, Engineer's instructions & Design change requests. o Identify and notify discrepancies in contract documents. o Complete work as required by Project information standards & protocols. o Ensure all work is passed to the document controller for processing. o Support the Coordinator and Manager by providing information for site queries o High learning skills and adaptability to BIM software platforms. o Support As built modelling & handing over process.



Requirements

BIM Modeler Experience: o Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil o At least 3 years' relevant BIM modelling / drawing o Production experience in Construction projects. o GCC project experience o Advanced knowledge of Revit and CAD. o Autodesk Construction Cloud o Worked in Shared collaborative environment (CDE) o ACP Certification o Revizto/ Navisworks o Project Experience in GCC countries o BIM fundamentals, principles & workflows o Good written & Spoken English
